About the support category

The support category is for general support questions and topics. Specific client support questions should go into your private client category (unless of course you’re asking a general question that could pertain to others).

This is a category where

  • eQuality Tech will post topics about supporting QualityBox

  • Clients can post general support questions (any topic without confidential information).

  • The general public and developers can post and/or learn about the support issues in QualityBox

  • There is a sitewide link in the top menu for “Unsolved” support topics so staff and/or users can quickly see what’s “Open” and needs attention.
