I uploaded a PDF file into the scg wiki.
I also created a page with a link to that file [[:File:Foo.pdf]]
When I visit the article at File:Foo.jpg, it says (incorrectly)
File usage
There are no pages that link to this file.
But if I click on “What links here?” in the toolbox, I get the correct answer about the page that links to the PDF.
