Can we use Python programming in the Wiki like we can Javescript?
You can’t use Python directly in the wiki. You can use JavaScript directly (e.g. MediaWiki:Common.js); in modules that are loaded via extension; and in Widgets or Gadgets. You can use Lua directly in the wiki for Template logic.
If you want to modify the wiki with ‘bots’, the leading bot framework is called ‘Pywikibot’ and is written in Python. Any Python program can interact with the MediaWiki APIs
What did you have in mind?

Oh I was thinking that Python looked a little simpler than Javascript and wondered if I could use it in the wiki, but it looks like I can’t so no worries. Thanks for responding.
