If Semantic MediaWiki detects that it needs to upgrade from 3.1 to 3.2 (3.2.0 (9f00861) 13:43, 7 September 2020), it will skip the updateEntityCountMap.php process for fear of it taking too long. So, the wiki is left with a Warning on every page that says an Admin must fix the problem before using the wiki.
This can be solved with simply running the maintenance script.

time WIKI=es php /opt/htdocs/mediawiki/extensions/SemanticMediaWiki/maintenance/updateEntityCountMap.php
Will determine if we can add this by creating a role for SMW. Today SMW is installed by virtue of Core Extensions.yml
